ABET Industries is Aerospace Certified, and has provided services and solutions for many top tier Aerospace manufacturers and prime sub-contractors. Fuel System components machined by ABET are flying in virtually every aircraft aloft.

• ABET was asked to undertake a big repair job.
• An expansion plug was broken off in the bore of a large shaft.
• An attempt was made to drill out the plug, but drills were repeatedly broken.
• Finally, the shaft was sent to ABET.
• We removed the broken drill and the broken plug with EDM.
• We utilized one of our custom EDM machines with long-stroke head to EDM 36" into the bore.

 ABET has been selected by the U.S. Navy to reproduce obsolete gaskets.

We're reverse engineering the design and producing the gasket by Wire EDM.

ABET Industries has again been selected by Teledyne Brown as a supplier for a NASA development project.

ABET will be providing the FTP Core Assembly.

Processes utilized will include Wire EDM, CNC Milling and Electron Beam Welding.
